Bridget Ritchie honored with Worldwide ERC® Meritorious Service Award

“It is an honor to receive this award from Worldwide ERC,” said Bridget Ritchie. “I have learned so much from all of the conferences, webinars, publications, online resources, and everything that Worldwide ERC has to offer its members. Because of that, I try to always participate, contribute and assist in return, whenever I can. To be given an award from the very organization that has provided such valuable resources to me in my own career advancement is wonderful.”

The Worldwide ERC Service Recognition Awards Program was established in 1989 to honor members who voluntarily share their time, talent, and expertise through various contributions to the association. Members earn a Meritorious Service Award upon accumulating 10 service points.

Ritchie earned the award for her individual contributions to the organization and her volunteer work with Arpin Strong. She has been instrumental in coordinating several large-scale relief efforts on behalf of the charity, including Hurricane Maria in 2017.

Since 1964, Worldwide ERC has been the voice, community, and professional membership organization for workforce mobility professionals; growing in relevance, authority, and integrity as its reach expands globally and across industries. Volunteer insight and participation play an integral role in the organization’s foundation of knowledge, its quality of networking and benchmarking, and a pool of expertise. Worldwide ERC is honored to congratulate and formally recognize its dedicated members for their contributions to its significant talent management role in the world’s workforce.
