2018 survey ranks Arpin Van Lines #1 household goods mover in satisfaction

 #1 Household Goods Movers in customer satisfactionArpin Van Lines earned the highest moving industry score, with 51 percent net satisfaction and 54 percent top-block service. Six other franchise-system household goods shipment suppliers received net satisfaction ratings between 48 and 25 percent and top-block ratings between 51 and 28 percent.

“This is the third year in a row that we have rated among the best in the industry for customer service,” said David Arpin, president and CEO of Arpin Van Lines. “While we are pleased with this ranking, it motivates us to try even harder and keep looking for ways to improve the customer experience, especially as technology improves, moving volume increases, and the market evolves.”

Trippel gathered a total of 6,983 employee transferee evaluations for this survey, which covered a range of moving industry providers, including household goods shippers, relocation management companies and relocation mortgage entities.

The 24th Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey© took place throughout a six-month period ending June 30, 2018. The overall purpose of this annual survey is to collect and report objective, unbiased evaluations from transferees or assignees moving within the U.S. regarding their level of satisfaction with external relocation service providers.
