- Inquire on all shipment information by transferee name or
registration number
- Display all Customer Care Information compiled by our in-house
Customer Care Representatives. This information can be accessed
by registration number, transferee name or Customer Care Order
Number
- Inquire on general claims information and claims status
- Register (Book) shipments on-line including weight changes
and Formtrack® system, which allows our corporate customers
the ability to review the last 250 registrations made on the
web site for quick reference
- Accounts Receivable Inquiry capabilities listing all invoices
due as well as aged balances
The aforementioned functions are accessible to the corporate customer
via utilizing a sign-on for each billing location or, for centralized
companies, a single sign-on for all locations.
Tracking and Reporting
Arpin Van Lines' Corporate Reporting Coordinators will work with
each customer to create customized management reports that meet
your specific tracking needs. The frequency of their submission
to you will be based on your request. This service is provided
by Arpin Van Lines at no additional cost.
In-house Bar Coding Library System
Our system also utilizes a bar code tracking system on shipment folders
which allows us to locate shipment paperwork at any given time.
A scanning system is attached to image documents in the folder
for quick retrieval. Basic information follows the bar code telling
the user about the shipment and status.
